Ultimate Players Association (UPA) is the governing body of Ultimate in the USA. Contra is member of the UPA and competes in the Ozark Section of the Southern Region of the Collegiate Division.

The Huddle is a website dedicated to discussing Ultimate strategy.

St. Louis Area

One Trick Pony (OTP) is one of St. Louis' mixed club team, and frequently has members of both Contra and WUWU.

St. Louis Ultimate Association (SLUA) is the local Ultimate association. They host several coed leagues throughout the year.
